**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the overall HR strategies, initiatives, policies and processes through implementation and maintenance of employee handbooks, organisation charts
- Nurture a positive working environment by bridging management and employee relations, and manage the grievance and disciplinary process when required
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including drafting of job descriptions, job posting, background checks, onboarding
- Manage the performance management process, both confirmation and twice-yearly performance reviews, including salary benchmarking
- Manage the learning and development, and career planning processes
- Manage employee safety and welfare, including but not limited to, insurance, safe management process, business continuity plans, etc.
- Support current and future business needs through employee engagement and motivation
- Manage the employee exit process
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Document HR SOPs
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Degree / Professional Certificate in Hospitality & TourisM/F&B related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant managerial experience, preferably in fine dining concepts
- Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills to respond to the changing business trends
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team within a diverse and dynamic environment
- Service oriented with a keen eye for detail
