This HR position reports to the Head of HR for our group HR function.

We are looking for an individual who is flexible and can work across a broad range of responsibilities within a fast-paced, diverse environment. The primary responsibilities will be to provide support and guidance across the full range of HR services (Onboarding, Talent Practices & Processes, Employee Relations, Mobility, Employee Engagement, Learning and development and Performance Management) for the organisation. This role will also contribute to a variety of HR- initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supporting the Talent agenda -**

Provide HR support to execute the Talent priorities for the group. These range from recruitment, Employee Engagement, Total rewards and benefits management, performance management and Learning and Development
- Work with the HR team to deliver the full range of HR services to the business
- Assist in the timely implementation and execution of talent processes through data and people-driven insights, including Onboarding, Promotions

**HRMS Administration -**
Responsible for administration of the HR Management system, in upkeep of data, reports, leave management and HR processes
- troubleshooting, configuration and facilitation

**HR Advisory Support -**

Partner with HR Representatives to provide general HR advice in response to employee queries and in providing HR advisory support to managers and employees

**Managing & Mitigating Risk -**

Assist in managing employee relations issues (grievances, performance related issues, termination of employment, etc.) in conjunction with the Management and head of offices
- Ensure risks relating to employees, HR policies and practices are mitigated through appropriate actions and robust control mechanisms
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant local legislation and employment law

**Regional & Global Priorities -**

Contribute to a range of local, and global HR initiatives

**Job Requirements: -**

Atleast 5 years of demonstrable work experience in a generalist HR advisory/managerial role preferably in a global role.
- Work experience in either Fabrics or Steel industries will be highly preferred.
- Bachelors/Master’s degree with a specialization in HR
- Previous experience in assisting with the management of employee relations issues
- Strong client focus and proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working with HR Systems (HRMS)
- Well-developed organizational and project management skills
- Proactive attitude and proven ability to complete tasks and independently work on multiple priorities
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion
- Strong team orientation
