**We are looking to fill a service crew position at a bespoke Omakase restaurant. Praised as a hidden gem in the heart of the CBD, this “secret” Omakase restaurant is exclusively by invitation only. Our client strives to provide an exquisite dining experience for its exclusive customer base.**

**General Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers in a professional and welcoming manner, introducing the menu and noting special requests / dietary restrictions.
- Attend to customers' queries and ensure quality guest services.
- Thorough knowledge of menu and dishes served.
- Gather feedback from customers on drinks/foods for us to improve service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties. Tasks will include but not be limited to cleaning and clearing tables, table set-up and polishing silverware.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to high standards.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure that all SOPs and service quality standards are followed in the service process.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.
- Report to the owners if any issue occurs during operation.

**Working Hours**:

- 5.5-days work week, Monday* - Saturday from 10.30am - 10.30pm.
- Break timing: 3-5pm daily for full days
- *Mondays half-day (open for lunch only)
- Sundays & Public Holidays off

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years and above of work experience in F&B Restaurant/Bar/Fine Dining Restaurant.
- Able to converse well in English.
- Knowledge of Japanese language/culture/cuisine is a plus.
- Pleasant disposition with strong focus on positive customer service and experience.
- Able to commit to the work schedule stated above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $3,200.00 per month
