**Roles & Responsibilities**
Oversees the restaurant from perspective of managing staff in attendance and appearance and customer servicing requirements. Will take responsibility as Restaurant Health and Safety Officer ensuring that the rstaurant is kept clean at all times and adhere to Safety Distancing Measures and requirements for both staff and customers.
Review restaurant menu and make suitable changes upon discussion with kitchen chefs.
Personally attend to customer requests and adress issues that has been escalated by restaurant waiters/waitresses.
Escalate all matters that can improve sales or customer servicing to Restaurant Manager.
We are a Chinese Restaurant at 138 Robinson Road, #19-01 Oxley Tower. We serve dianxin and wok cuisine catering mainly to the CBD lunch crowd. We serve dinner too, but likely to end before 10pm. We are closed on Saturdays and public holidays.
Our restaurant has a capacity of 120 pax.
