Aether House Wine Bar offers a comfortable interior and relaxed atmosphere with its restaurant and central green emerald Wine Bar.

With a focus on France, our highly curated wine list offers a broad range of delicious wines from thoughtful French winemakers. It is a dynamic list that offers over 350+ selections by the bottle (including 150+ Burgundy wines) and over 20 wines by the glass that frequently change.

It will be a journey of discovery for you, working alongside a French sommelier and a French trained culinary team.

**Responsibility**
- Responsible for the daily operations and guest relations of the Front Office
- Establish proper atmosphere and efficiency in the venue, create a memorable experience to the guest
- Ensure high guest satisfaction to build loyalty and return business
- Pro-actively maintain constant traffic to the venue and analyse the competitive market
- Possess strong presentation standards
- Promotes good branding image of the venue through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Enhance relations with key customers and create loyalty to the brand on/off the venue
- Directly interact with guests to ensure a top-quality experience for each and every guest
- Develop marketing promotions and loyalty program/services to upsell wines to retail customers including recommending wines based on customers' expectations
- Develop creative solutions to keep customers engaged and satisfied
- Manage front of house during daily operations, including engaging in training, ensuring compliance with SOP, boosting staff morale, resolving conflicts etc
- Ensure food and drinks are delivered to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Take and serve orders and engage with diners at the right time to enhance the joy of dining
- Collaborate with the crew and kitchen/bar staff
- Handle complaints or issues with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment from diners
- Take reservation, setting the tables professionally

**Job Requirements**
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in F&B, Hospitality, Guest Relations
- At least 2 - 5 years of restaurant/bar supervisory or management experience
- Good English skills, both verbal and written to meet business needs.
- Strong knowledge in wine will be advantageous
- Have a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Achieve revenue targets and profitability
- Greet and coordinate the seating of guests, and assign guests to tables suitable to the size of each group
- Greet guests over the phone and upon arrival
- Track and report reservation and table spending record to management team
- Take restaurant bookings for the customers
- Review VIP reservations and ensure proper handling of VIPs and groups, administer amenity orders, and resumes for incoming guests
- Provide clear information relating to the restaurant’s operation hours, dress code, food service, etc. to the guest
- Recognize regular guests and highlight to the team about the particular guest’s preferences
- Assist with the overseeing the Front Desk operations while on shift to maintain high standards
- Ordering of wines, retail display and manage the display of the wines in optimal conditions
- Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager on all monthly wine promotion/pouring

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
