Aether House Wine Bar offers a comfortable interior and relaxed atmosphere with its restaurant and central green emerald Wine Bar.

With a focus on France, our highly curated wine list offers a broad range of delicious wines from thoughtful French winemakers. It is a dynamic list that offers over 350+ selections by the bottle (including 150+ Burgundy wines) and over 20 wines by the glass that frequently change.

It will be a journey of discovery for you, working alongside a French sommelier and a French trained culinary team.

**Your role**

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experience, which includes serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously as well as attending to customers’ needs promptly and professionally. You’ll carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to the established rules and policies.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Prepare restaurant tables and bar with special attention to sanitization and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- To provide service according to procedures and standard established by the F&B department
- To be knowledgeable in all service techniques
- To ensure that all pre-opening and closing duties are completed on schedule daily
- To be familiar with all items on the menu i.e. have knowledge of all recipes, methods of preparation and preparation time
- Take orders, prepare, and serve orders, full spectrum of table service including clearing
- Work closely with the manager and the kitchen to ensure that the outlet is operated efficiently
- Clean and polish glassware, chinaware and other wares
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of restaurant and all working areas
- Requisition of F&B items
- Issue bills and handle payment
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

**You’d make a great Bar Waitress/Waiter if you**:

- Are at least 21 years of age
- Have F&B Knowledge
- Have Wine & Beverage experience is an advantage
- Consider yourself a “people person”, and enjoy meeting others
- Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate
- Master patience and have a customer-oriented approach
- Have a strong focus on quality, cleanliness and safety
- Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
- Have English written and oral skills, your ability to speak Mandarin is a plus

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
