Aether House Wine Bar offers a comfortable interior and relaxed atmosphere with its restaurant and central green emerald Wine Bar.

With a focus on France, our highly curated wine list offers a broad range of delicious wines from thoughtful French winemakers. It is a dynamic list that offers over 350+ selections by the bottle (including 150+ Burgundy wines) and over 20 wines by the glass that frequently change.

It will be a journey of discovery for you, working alongside a French sommelier and a French trained culinary team.

**Responsibility**

The position will be responsible for preparing and executing with finesse all menu items during service. She or he will carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to the established rules and policies.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 - 4 years relevant experience in casual or fine dining
- Knowledge in French cuisine is an added advantage
- Ensures smooth kitchen operations with passion and integrity
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the standard and the quality set by the company
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and other relevant areas
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Coordinates daily tasks with the Head Chef
- Display initiative, excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
