We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Presales Engineer specializing in VSAT, LTE, and Radio System Integration. You will play a critical role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise, solution design, and product demonstrations to potential clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge in satellite communication, LTE networks, and radio systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Technical Consultation:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical consultation on VSAT, LTE, and radio system integration.
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on network architecture, equipment selection, and deployment strategies.
Solution Design and Proposal Development:
- Develop customized solutions that address client requirements, incorporating VSAT, LTE, and radio technologies.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and project management, to develop comprehensive solutions.
Product Demonstration and Proof of Concept:
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the technical capabilities of VSAT, LTE, and radio systems.
- Address customer technical inquiries and objections during the sales cycle.
- Prepare and execute pilot projects, ensuring successful demonstration of the proposed solution.
Sales Support and Collaboration:
- Support the sales team in responding to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders, including technical documentation and compliance matrices.
- Attend client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create technical content for promotional materials and campaigns.
Technical Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide training and technical support to sales and channel partners to enhance their understanding of VSAT, LTE, and radio solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert within the organization, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with technical presales solutions and project management
- Experience with Communications System Solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the defense industry (local and/or international) is an advantage.
- Proven success player as an independent, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in team environment and individually.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability
- Ability to travel overseas if required.
