Job Description
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance our ecosystem and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, manage and develop strategic partnerships:
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities with key partners to create embedded banking experiences that drive customer acquisition at scale.
  • Enhance the overall customer value proposition via corporate and digital partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute on identified ecosystem opportunities, including negotiating and securing partnership agreements and implementing collaboration initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners on an ongoing basis, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in partnership origination and embedded banking.
  • Strong understanding of regional strategies and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and evaluate opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
