The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our team, overseeing the horticultural aspects of operations while driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to and assess sites to review quotations for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Manage contractual matters, including tendering and procurement procedures, project budgeting, administration, and cost analysis.
  • Review proposals and quotations prepared for customers prior to submission.
  • Present proposals and quotations to potential customers as part of our sales strategy.
  • Resolve ongoing project-related issues by attending to complaints and feedbacks from customers.
  • Maintain high standards of quality services and ensure that our work is completed efficiently.
  • Deploy workers effectively to meet operational demands.
  • Monitor team performance and punctuality, taking necessary actions to address any concerns.
  • Brief the team on their roles, responsibilities, and company logistics preparation practices, plants ordering procedures, etc.

Requirements:

  • WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision.
  • Degree/Diploma in the field of Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Forestry, or Landscaping.
  • Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in horticultural and landscape projects/maintenance in Singapore.
  • Process a minimum Class 3 license.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Good communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
