Job Description

As a Landscaping Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursery, including plant propagation, pest and disease management, and irrigation systems. You will also assist in supervising and managing nursery workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to standards.

You will support production planning, including scheduling and implementation of hydroculture plant projects. Additionally, you will monitor the maintenance and efficient use of all nursery machinery and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing nursery operations, including plant care and propagation
  • Supervising and allocating daily work tasks to nursery workers
  • Monitoring maintenance and efficient use of nursery machinery and equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in nursery or horticultural management, preferably with exposure to hydroculture
  • Strong knowledge of nursery operations, including plant propagation, pest and disease management, and irrigation systems
  • Experience in supervising and managing nursery workers
  • Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in nursery settings
