Technical sales executive

Job Description:
As aTechnical Sales Executiveat Kee Safety, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding market reach across the APAC region. Your role involves understanding client needs in construction, civil engineering, and industrial projects, presenting Kee Safety’s unique solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with blue-chip clients, partners, and distributors to promote our safety systems, with a focus on growing market presence and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing New Customers:
Identify and engage potential new customers to expand the market presence.
Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and develop strategies to approach them.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and support repeat business.
Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Product Presentations and Demonstrations:
Travel to customer locations to present Kee Safety’s product range and discuss solutions tailored to client needs.
Showcase the technical features and benefits of products through effective demonstrations.
Technical Consultation:
Advise customers on technology upgrades, safety enhancements, and relevant product solutions.
Support clients in understanding product applications and compatibility with their specific requirements.
Proposal and Tender Management:
Draft compelling tender documents, proposals, and customer presentations to secure new business.
Lead negotiations to close deals and win tenders, ensuring alignment with company standards and profitability goals.
Sales and Order Processing:
Generate purchase orders, sales receipts, and other relevant sales documentation to streamline the sales process.
Track and report order progress, ensuring timely delivery and full customer satisfaction.
Customer Relations and After-Sales Support:
Maintain consistent communication post-sale to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and support.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
Continuous Learning:
Attend product training courses and seminars to stay current on new products, industry trends, and technological advancements.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently contributing to overall business growth in the APAC region.
Regularly report on sales performance and forecast to management, ensuring goals are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum 3 years of experiencein technical sales or a related field.
Regional Expertise: Proven ability to sell successfully in theregion.
Client Interaction: Experience in winning contracts and tenders, particularly with large, blue-chip clients.
Financial Acumen: Proficient in project costing, budgeting, and profit margin calculations.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
Language Skills: Proficiency inEnglish(additional local language is a plus).
