Job Summary

As a Technical Sales Analyst, Associate at HALLIBURTON FAR EAST PTE LTD, you will play a crucial role in gathering information from external customers and regional business development personnel to develop equipment solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact external customers and regional business development personnel to gather information and interpret their product/service needs.
  • Review customers' ITT/RFPs and create sales proposals and quotes.
  • Draw on basic/developing product knowledge and customer, BD/Sales, and technical advisor input to develop bid proposals or solutions.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the commercial and technical transactions of a sale are appropriately executed.
  • Oversee the order-fulfilment and after-sales support processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training to develop knowledge of relevant business models, processes, and product/service offerings.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of related experience in energy service sales, field operations, engineering, manufacturing, or customer service.

A STEM degree.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
