People Ops Partner (Data Analytics & Ops) – 2 Year Contract Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech). Overview With the company growing rapidly, we are looking for a People Ops Partner (Data Analytics & Ops) to join us. Responsibilities Provide HR data analytics and consulting to HR Business Partner. Design and develop data models to support forward‐looking HR initiatives with predictive analytics to forecast various business problems. Deliver accurate and timely analysis and insights to enable data‐driven management decisions. Assist HRBP in supporting the HR Digital transformation efforts. Collaborate with HRBP to manage a variety of HR operational matters. Work with HRBP in driving and supporting people‐related agenda and projects (e.g., employee engagement, learning & organisational development and culture building). Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an HR setting (preferred). Proficient in mainstream data analysis and visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Python, etc. Strong analytical mindset and framework thinking; effective data storytelling. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels. Team player with a curious and research‐oriented mindset to explore and tackle business problems with HR data. Good knowledge of the local employment act and the scope of various HR functions.
