**What we offer**:
As People Partner, you will be an individual contributor, responsible for shaping a positive and dynamic work culture for our **Singapore**and **Australia**teams, supporting and collaborating with leaders, employee relations, and onboarding/offboarding/payroll activities. You will also be working with local, regional, and global teams to ensure efficient processes, while leveraging your expertise to design and implement innovative organizational programs that elevate performance across all levels.**Regional exposure**, fully accountable for Singapore and Australia activities-

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Advise and Support**: Act as a trusted partner to employees and management on people-related matters, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.-
**Talent & Onboarding**: manage seamless onboarding/offboarding, and support workforce planning. (NO Talent Acquisition required)-
**Payroll & Compliance**: Oversee payroll accuracy by collaborating closely with both external payroll vendors and internal payroll teams, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promptly addressing any payroll-related inquiries.-
**Performance & Development**: Provide guidance on improvement and retention plans, facilitate the promotion and transfer process, and cultivate a positive work environment.-
**Operations & Administration**: Maintain employee records, manage documentation, and provide daily administrative support.**Desired Skills and Experience**:
University degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR-
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor regulations across **Singapore**and **Australia**Fluency in verbal and written **English**with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels-
**Proactive**, **resilient**, **independent**, strong in** problem-solving**with high integrity and professionalism-
