About the Team

Workday’s Global People Business Partnering and Organisation Effectiveness team have the need for a Senior People Business Partner to work with our leaders across Asia, based in Singapore.

As a Senior People Business Partner you will embody our culture and core values, which includes how we VIBE. This opportunity will combine your expertise in strategic business partnering at a VP and Senior Director level, and executive coaching.

With Asia on a growth trajectory, you will see your role having a significant impact to support our business growth. Your time will be spent on Business Partnering activities such as defining a talent strategy, executive coaching, leadership development, measuring performance, escalations and organisation-wide employee engagement.

To be successful you will be supported by an incredible team of CoEs including People Consultants, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits Partners, Service Hub, Leadership Development, TA, VIBE Partners, Workmate Experience Lead, and Legal.

About the Role

Basic Qualifications- Deep business understanding: ability to enhance business performance through the creation of thoughtful People Strategies- Strong skills related to analysing employee data to create valuable and actionable insights- History of building & deploying People Programs that are laser-focused to drive measurable positive change- Ability to orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the HR Ecosystem: Talent Acquisition, OD, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, D&I HRBPs, etc.- Ability to promote the Workday People Strategy - driving awareness and commitment

Other Qualifications- Extensive experience as a strategic HRBP role within a similar fast paced tech environment.- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, listening, presentation, meeting facilitation- Ability to seamlessly transition between “thinking on your feet” and “looking around corners”- Executive presence: resilience, consultative style, & ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms

Workday People Business Partners (HRBPs) are visible members of the leadership team and are comfortable in a variety of settings: from facilitating an organisation design and effectiveness discussion through to 1:1 executive coaching.
