Our People Team is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to join our team in Singapore. In this position, you will play a strategic leadership role, partnering closely with senior business leaders—including the Cluster Managing Director for South Asia & Pacific—to shape and drive the people agenda in alignment with business goals. As part of the APAC People Leadership Team, you will help define and deliver the regional People Strategy to support organizational success. What you'll do Strategic Business Partnership – Collaborate with senior leaders across the South Asia & Pacific Cluster to shape and deliver people strategies that directly support business goals. Workforce & Organisation Design – Ensure the business has the right structure, skills, and capabilities through proactive workforce planning and organisational effectiveness initiatives. Change Leadership – Drive successful transformation by guiding leaders through change, fostering agility, and embedding a growth‐oriented culture. Leadership & Talent Growth – Strengthen leadership pipelines and nurture high‐potential talent through targeted development and succession strategies. Employee Experience & Culture – Champion engagement, inclusion, and a strong sense of belonging by translating employee insights into meaningful action. Data-Driven HR Impact – Use people analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and deliver measurable results through high‐impact programs. About you Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred). Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, with significant experience in strategic business partnering within complex, multinational environments. Strategic Influence: Proven ability to advise and influence senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and change leadership. Program Leadership: Track record of leading large‐scale HR and transformation initiatives across multiple regions or business units. Skills & Expertise: Deep knowledge of core HR disciplines—talent, learning, performance, rewards, and workforce planning—supported by strong analytical and project management capability.
