Job Title: Advanced Solutions Specialist

We are a leading organization in Singapore specializing in the creation of high-fidelity 3D models of cities.

Utilizing an AI-driven pipeline, we generate dimensionally accurate and geo-specific parametric and 3D digital twins from satellite and street images, videos, and point clouds.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and supporting the development of customized CCTV solutions.

Your role involves collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling presentations.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during the presales process for CCTV solutions.
  • Develop customized CCTV system designs, detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing the features and capabilities of our CCTV solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to propose customized CCTV solutions.
  • Engage with customers during the presales process to address technical questions and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CCTV technology trends and industry developments.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on the technical aspects of CCTV products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within the CCTV or security technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV systems, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and proven ability to develop technical solutions and proposals.
  • Familiarity with design software and tools related to CCTV system planning.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin as required for liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts.
