Job Title: Advanced Packaging Specialist

Role Description:

The role of an advanced packaging specialist involves developing and implementing cutting-edge technologies for high-density electronic devices. This includes collaborating with external customers and partners to design and implement new processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced packaging solutions for high-density electronic devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and product development, to drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in semiconductor process development, including process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct analysis using advanced equipment to identify and resolve failure modes.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD degree in Material Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process development.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical instruments, such as SEM/EDX, C-SAM, AFM, confocal microscope, surface profiler, and optical microscope.
  • Experience with DOE tools, semiconductor assembly equipment, and ANSYS/ABACUS software is a plus.
