Technical Sales Specialist for Exhaust Ductwork Systems

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to drive the sales of advanced exhaust ductwork solutions by leveraging technical expertise, providing tailored customer support, and delivering strategic sales initiatives.

This role is crucial in understanding customer needs and project requirements to recommend optimal ductwork configurations and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of process exhaust ductwork systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in technical sales support within the building construction or process exhaust ductwork industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the foremost technical authority on comprehensive range of ductwork products and solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and project requirements to recommend optimal ductwork configurations and solutions.
  • Delve into market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the process exhaust ductwork sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced technical certifications or master will be added advantages.
  • At least 4 years of successful experience in technical sales, with a strong emphasis on process exhaust ductwork systems, ductwork solutions, or related products.
  • Deep technical knowledge of process exhaust ductwork principles, ductwork design, airflow dynamics, and building construction practices.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
