Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our esteemed sales team. This role is crucial in driving the sales of advanced ductwork solutions by leveraging technical expertise, providing tailored customer support, and delivering strategic sales initiatives.

This professional will serve as a leading authority on comprehensive ductwork products and solutions, conducting thorough assessments of customer needs and project requirements to recommend optimal ductwork configurations and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced technical certifications or master's degree will be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in technical sales, with a strong emphasis on process exhaust ductwork systems, ductwork solutions, or related products.
  • Deep technical knowledge of process exhaust ductwork principles, ductwork design, airflow dynamics, and building construction practices.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales management tools.
