We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our esteemed sales team. This role is crucial in driving the sales of advanced ductwork solutions by leveraging technical expertise, providing tailored customer support, and delivering strategic sales initiatives.

  • Serve as a leading authority on comprehensive ductwork products and solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and project requirements to recommend optimal ductwork configurations and solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate and influence key stakeholders on the advantages of ductwork products.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced technical certifications or master's degree will be advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in technical sales, with a strong emphasis on process exhaust ductwork systems, ductwork solutions, or related products.
  • Deep technical knowledge of process exhaust ductwork principles, ductwork design, airflow dynamics, and building construction practices.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales management tools.
