About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned Ductwork Sales Expert to spearhead our sales efforts in the process exhaust ductwork industry. This pivotal role requires an individual with a deep understanding of ductwork systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in technical sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical authority on comprehensive ductwork products and solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and project requirements to recommend optimal ductwork configurations.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate key stakeholders on the advantages of our products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities, qualify leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers through effective sales techniques and relationship building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced technical certifications or master's degree will be advantageous.
  • At least 4 years of successful experience in technical sales, with a strong emphasis on process exhaust ductwork systems, ductwork solutions, or related products.
  • Deep technical knowledge of process exhaust ductwork principles, ductwork design, airflow dynamics, and building construction practices.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
