Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
IT Helpdesk Support
professional to provide frontline technical assistance and ensure the efficient operation of our organization’s IT systems.
The Role
The role leads the overall technology infrastructure architecture, deployment, operations, and security of Thakral Group.
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
Manage & lead organization’s the helpdesk support team and provide support when necessary
Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintain the organization’s awareness of PDPA regulation requirements by keeping abreast
Prepare and maintain documentation of Information Security, IT security policies & procedures
Identify security vulnerabilities in systems & network and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safety
Analyzes IT, security business requirements & Identify and recommend new solutions which fulfills business needs
Coordinate with vendors and purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
Implement audit reports, advanced DLP while maintaining compliance & governance
Strategize IT Disaster Recovery plans and regularly conduct DR Drills to support the Business Continuity Plan
Thoroughly maintain management reports, documentations to comply with yearly IT audits
Regularly arrange user awareness sessions to educate business users in terms of new functionality & security aspects
Extensive background in Cloud technologies specially in Microsoft Azure (Azure VM, Azure VPN technologies, Storage, IaaS SQL servers, Azure Backup / Recovery, Security Center etc..) IaaS, PaaS services.
Extensive background in cloud managed models (Iaas, PaaS, SaaS) with a strong focus on cloud security.
Experience in Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, MS Team, etc..
Experience in Manage & maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, DNS, DHCP, Network Access Protection with RADIUS servers
Experience in managing and configuring Cisco routers, switches.
Experience in managing and configuring Cisco, Checkpoint Firewall devices,
Experience In managing and configuring Antivirus solutions.
The Expertise
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7 – 10 years of experience
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience or certification
