Bid & RFQ Support:
Review bid documents and assist the Sales team in the RFQ process by preparing technical BOM quotations.
BOM & Documentation:
Ensure BOM accuracy and completeness in line with company quality standards and ERP system requirements.
Technical Offer Preparation:
Develop technical proposals, including deviations, clarifications, and key notes.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Allocate tasks, guide, and train the team to ensure efficient RFQ and project execution.
Project Planning & Monitoring:
Oversee daily RFQ activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Technical Collaboration:
Work closely with Procurement to ensure sourced components meet technical requirements.
Design & Development:
Design Junction Boxes, Power Distribution Boards, and Control Panels for hazardous areas.
Client & Quality Assurance:
Address technical queries, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with Bartec and ISO standards.
Project Documentation:
Prepare and submit required project documents, working closely with the document controller.
Site & Client Coordination:
Maintain strong client relationships, conduct site visits, and participate in testing and inspections.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of Electrical Safety and Area Classification.
Solid knowledge of Explosion-Proof & Flame-Proof systems, as well as IP protection classes.
Familiarity with Electrical Instruments and Protection Systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Inventor, SAP, and other relevant software.
