**Description**

A well-rounded Salesforce professional with proven knowledge and expertise with the platform, the technical lead provides technical leadership in designing complex business solutions catered around Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

On the Technical Side
- Designing programmatic or configuration-based solutions for the Salesforce platform, that is in line with the bank’s Salesforce architecture strategy
- Designing integration strategies, where Salesforce is either a consumer, or a producer of data
- Implementing, and supporting the organization’s Salesforce instance
- Conducting technical design reviews of the existing implementations, to determine how to improve and extend the current capabilities
- Managing changes in business needs that affects the system’s functionalities
- Providing a lean documentation of the system design for projects and initiatives
- Providing Expertise on Integration (REST API, Whatsapp, E-Service)

On Stakeholder Management
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners, senior management, and key stakeholders
- Effectively communicating technical strategies in non-technical jargons
- Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders and managers to include continuous technical improvement in the project roadmap
- Closely collaborating with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and Technical Leads of other systems, to come up with the most efficient solution, while still taking into consideration the limitations and best practices of the platform.

What You’ll Be Bringing To The Team
- Good grasp on concepts such as Data Modelling, Integration (REST), and Security Modelling
- Inquisitiveness to learn new technologies or paradigms
- Proven track record of leading the design and delivery of end to end solutions
- Salesforce development expertise, either via code or via point-and-click
- Strong experience in technical analysis, system’s design, peer review, prototyping, build and release, quality processes, unit testing, and lean technical documentation
- Competence in Design Patterns
- Creative thinker, proactive, team-player, success and results-oriented
- Great communication skills
