Infrastructure Development Programme Lead
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the planning and programming efforts of a major infrastructure development project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Responsibilities include managing detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating activities across multiple teams, identifying potential delays, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in the built environment
- Successful completion of at least 3 building/infrastructure projects and at least 1 reclamation project
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
