Job Title: IT Programme Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and innovation in programme delivery.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, enhancing overall programme efficiency.
  • Manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure programme success.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in IT Project Management (e.g., CITPM, PMP).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in digital services or healthcare domains.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, business applications, and security frameworks.
  • Proven track record in managing complex programmes and delivering successful outcomes.
