Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major aircraft development project. This role requires strong leadership skills, programme and project development expertise, and experience in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage programme finances, including budgets and forecasting.
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 12-16 years of experience in programme management, preferably in manufacturing and production of large-scale transport vehicles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
