Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management
- Develop and implement process and workflows based on business objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to align programme objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Software Development
- Conduct user requirement analysis for the development and implementation of new automated solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to design, test, and implement software solutions.
- Networking
- Assist in networking tasks and support SD-WAN project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience software development (Python) or implementing infrastructure as a code.
- Proficient in coding and software development concepts, experience with Ansible or ServiceNow would be an advantage.
- Possesses network certificates such as CCNA or equivalent network operations or implementation experience, experience with SD-WAN will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills to facilitate teamwork between cross-functional teams and partners.
- Possesses strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues and problems impacting project timeline.
- Result and customer-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
