Changi Airport Group is a leading aviation infrastructure development company that has been shaping Singapore's aviation future for years. We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Programme Control Manager/Assistant Manager.

This role will involve supporting the tracking of construction packages to ensure they are completed on schedule and within budget. Key responsibilities include driving programme packaging, procurement, and contracting strategies, scope management, interface management, change management, and cost control for projects related to Changi East.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in project or contract management of large-scale infrastructure projects. They will also be proficient in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, and have strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
