Programme Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, and evaluating programmes based on youth needs and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and evaluate programmes based on youth needs and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate therapeutic group work and implement appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Support case management and engage key stakeholders such as parents and schools.
  • Manage and engage volunteers to enhance hostel programmes.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and meeting timelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Social Sciences with relevant experience in mentoring and working with youths.
  • Experience working with youth-at-risk is an added advantage.
  • Strong engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement.
