Bilby Community Development Ltd. is seeking a personnel to support our Youth Programmes and Outreach Efforts.

**Key Responbilities
1. Manage our community-based youth drop-in centres
- Ensure smooth operations of centre(s)
- Engage youths who participate in the centre's activities and sessions
- Plan and organise activities, programmes, and workshops for the centre(s)
- Monitor and keep track of youths progress through report submissions
- Manage all required administrative duties

2. Plan and execute the organisation's outreach efforts
- Conduct outreach efforts (physical and digital) to raise awareness and particpation in our programmes
- Assist in the the organisation's digital presence
- Liaise and network with community partners, agencies, and corporations to explore possible collaborations

3. Programme planning and support
- To assist in the operations and planning of our programmes
- To conduct research work to refine programme development

4. Any other tasks as discussed to support the organisation's growth and effforts.

**Job Specifications**:

- Flexi-work arrangement
- Onsite required in the afternoons (MacPherson and Siglap) Some weekends required (for events and outreach)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree holder in social sciences (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counselling)
- Past working or volunteering experience with youths preferred
- Registered with Ministry of Education as an Instructor
- Able to perform research work
