Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facilities management of 19 retail shops and associated office spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Routine inspections and preventive maintenance for facility systems, including escalators, electrical, plumbing, and general stores' maintenance.
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and troubleshooting, working alongside contractors and vendors when necessary.
  • Coordinate all maintenance and repair services performed by external contractors to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Evaluate maintenance activities against regulatory and safety guidelines, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing control measures.
  • Timely submission of invoices for repairs and maintenance work.
  • Management of maintenance purchase requests.
  • Additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management team.

Requirements & Skills:

  • NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities management or maintenance roles, preferably within retail or hospitality environments.
  • Workplace Safety certification advantageous.
