About the role The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives. What you will be doing Customer Service Support Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner Ensure reports are submitted on a timely basis to established customer schedules Investigate root causes of operation incidents and service failures, making recommendations to the CS Managers/Management for improvements Liaise and update customers closely to resolve order or shipment-related issues Cycle Count Initial cycle count as per schedule Ensure proper keeping of cycle count sheets for audit trail purposes Be responsible for reconciling all stock discrepancies Others Inventory Management for Customer’s WMS system Ensure all billings are done timely and accurately with all necessary supporting documents Adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) Maintain and ensure safe keeping and traceability of relevant customer documents/records Capture and update all CSD KPI measurements, order management, and order turnaround time metrics Collate and compute the monthly KPI report Achieve and maintain consistent KPI, making suggestions for improvement when necessary Additional functions as mandated by Management The successful candidate Preferably Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration Candidate with no experience but with relevant experience may apply Customer service oriented and a team player Product and system knowledge & MS Office skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
