As a Sales Manager at Performance Motors Limited, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of BMW Sales Consultants to achieve the company's objectives. This role requires strategic planning, effective team management, and a focus on continuous improvement to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate BMW Sales Consultants to achieve BMW’s principal targets and company objectives, including sales volume, net promoter score, mystery shop results, and financial targets.
Strategize branding position of BMW in collaboration with the Marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Plan product line-up and unique selling points (USP) for all BMW models to attract and retain customers.
Identify and evaluate areas for improvement within the Sales Department to optimize performance and efficiency.
Review and enhance showrooms to improve the retail experience and create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
Set pricing, promotions, and plans to increase both sales volumes and contributions, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
Monitor and coach to ensure Financing, Insurance, and Trade-In penetration targets are met, providing customers with comprehensive sales solutions.
Ascertain, review, and implement sales incentives and commissions for Sales Consultants to motivate and reward high performance.
Benchmark and improve BMW Sales NPS and mystery shopping target scores set by the principal to maintain high standards of customer service.
Strategize and monitor sales and contributions' progress to meet fiscal year targets, adjusting plans as needed to achieve goals.
Manage stock inventory and improve stock turnover to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activities, analyze and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints to enhance the customer experience and build lasting relationships.
Provide coaching and feedback to sales team to improve selling skills and customer service level, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Build and maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and a strong sales flair.
Proficient in Sales & Marketing Management, Budgeting & Costing, Consumer Marketing/Sales, and Stock Management. Experience in managing teams and resources.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
