Job Title: Airport Lounge Ambassador

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in procedures and lounge access eligibility, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

  • Maintain a proactive approach to addressing guests' queries and concerns, providing solutions that exceed expectations.

Provide attentive table service, including taking and serving orders, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every aspect of guest service.

Maintain familiarity with the lounge's food and beverage offerings, including knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions, ensuring that guests receive personalized support and guidance throughout their stay.

Assist in food and beverage presentation and replenishment to ensure consistent quality, showcasing a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Service-oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit, demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the evolving needs of our discerning guests.

  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Comfortable working shift hours, including overnight shifts, requiring adaptability and flexibility in your work schedule.
