About the Role
As an Airport Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey for our passengers. Your main responsibilities will include checking-in, greeting passengers upon arrival, and facilitating their departure process. You may also be tasked with assisting passengers with special needs or providing customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, baggage drop-off points, and other designated areas
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient airport experience for passengers, handling tasks such as processing tickets, retrieving luggage, and providing directions
  • Assist passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance, and provide additional support as required
