Head Service Ambassador/Crew at a Busy Airport Outlet
The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences to guests in a fast-paced airport environment. As Head Service Ambassador/Crew, you will be the face of our business and responsible for ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.
- Efficiently process transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Suggestively sell baked goods, souvenir items, and beverages to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare and package baked goods according to customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Prepare hot and iced beverages, such as coffee drinks, according to customer specifications and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English language skills with basic knowledge of other languages, if applicable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Barista skills and experience, particularly with espresso-based coffees.
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and professional development programs.
