Premier Lounge Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Premier Lounge Ambassador to join our team at Changi Airport Terminals. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their lounge experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in procedures and lounge access eligibility.
  • Attend to guests' needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of comfort and satisfaction.
  • Handle special requests, guest feedback, and service recovery with discretion and efficiency.
  • Provide attentive table service, including taking and serving orders, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas.
  • Maintain familiarity with the lounge's food and beverage offerings, including knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
  • Assist in food and beverage presentation and replenishment to ensure consistent quality.

  • Comfortable working shift hours
