Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to devise and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand presence, boosts customer engagement, and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop annual marketing plans in alignment with business goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with senior management to define marketing strategies and set performance indicators.
  • Promotional Campaigns:
    • Design, coordinate, and execute integrated promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Establish partnerships with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cohesive campaign execution.
    • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Brand Management:
    • Maintain consistent branding across all communications.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, posters, digital creatives, and advertisements.
    • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging align with company standards.
  • Events & Partnerships:
    • Plan and manage marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and public engagements.
    • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and create added value.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and guide the marketing team in day-to-day activities and long-term development.
    • Foster collaboration across departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and present insights to senior management.
    • Provide regular reports on ROI, campaign metrics, and promotional performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role, including 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Demonstrable experience in campaign planning, brand development, and event coordination.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in travel or tourism.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital advertising platforms.
