Strategic Programs & Brand Development Manager

About the Role
This leadership role is designed for a versatile professional who will work closely with senior management to advance organizational priorities, oversee strategic projects, and lead brand and engagement initiatives. The role blends strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on marketing execution and stakeholder communication.
Marketing & Engagement Leadership
- Supervise a small team responsible for marketing and event execution.
- Define performance indicators and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Oversee brand strategy, digital outreach, content development, and event planning.
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
Strategic Program Management
- Lead and track cross-departmental initiatives that support business transformation and market expansion.
- Conduct market intelligence and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop internal proposals and briefing documents for executive-level review and decision-making.
- Monitor progress of strategic programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Executive Support & Internal Governance
- Facilitate leadership meetings, board sessions, and strategic planning workshops.
- Prepare executive presentations, meeting summaries, and briefing packs.
- Manage internal communications related to strategic updates and organizational changes.
Performance Reporting & Operational Oversight
- Compile and synthesize departmental performance metrics for quarterly reviews.
- Maintain a centralized dashboard of strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement activities.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, executive support, marketing, or consulting.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Effective collaborator across diverse teams and functions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and German is essential for effective communication with international stakeholders.
