Job Title: Strategic Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, print media, in-store promotions, and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign strategy, conceptualisation, data analysis, and brand management preferably in the fast food or F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, print media, in-store promotions, and analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and crafting impactful presentations.
  • Rapid analytical skills to interpret data effectively, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels, including diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Leadership experience , with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Detail-oriented , organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
