Job Description

We are seeking a communications professional to enhance our corporate image and create opportunities for positive public profiling.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic internal and external communications plans that align with organisational goals, including planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns and events.

This includes writing publicity materials, producing collateral, and serving as the primary administrator for web-based communication platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to modernise and strengthen our brand and reputation.
  • Foster effective communication and connection among employees.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, employees, and volunteers.
  • Advise management on strategies to achieve desired brand equity.
  • Manage and implement communications initiatives.
  • Oversee departmental performance and manage staff in client-facing communication.
  • Provide strategic messaging advice to support organisational vision, mission, and values.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to enhance branding and shape public perception.
  • Build branding strategies to support manpower attraction, retention, and recruitment pipelines.
  • Manage media platforms to engage staff, patients, the community, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide editorial support for internal and external communications, collateral, and publications.
  • Organise events and ensure their successful execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, project, and/or event management.
  • Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong team player who can support organisational goals and meet project timelines.
