Responsibilities

  • Lead the Cash Management, FX, Trade Finance channel development for Asia, coordinating with GTBD Asia, Tokyo HQ and other regions.
  • Drive the development of transaction banking channel to bolster innovative cash and liquidity management capabilities to meet the needs of multinational corporates and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with regional and in-country teams to ensure alignment with global strategy and to tailor solutions to local client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders to ensure continued market relevance and leadership.
  • Monitor and respond to market trends, and technological advancements impacting transaction and cash banking.
  • To build a high-performing team of domain expertise, fostering a culture of innovation and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
Job Requirements
  • Extensive experience in transaction banking, with significant leadership exposure to cash management services.
  • Proven experience in transaction banking with strong focus on strategy design and operational process excellence.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-country teams and delivering client-centric treasury solutions.
  • Strong international exposure, with work experience across Asia and global markets (Asean, Singapore, India preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Past experiences in major global and regional banks and or Consulting firms.
  • Demonstrated success in winning industry awards and recognition for innovative banking solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory environment and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with other key stakeholders including in APAC, Tokyo HQ and other regions.
