Could you be the full-time APAC Projects Performance Director in Singapore we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and visionary teammates. You'll be pivotal in securing the execution of our most critical projects, ensuring operational performance is continuously assessed and enhanced. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Cluster Management, Project Teams, Central Functions), conducting multi-site assessments, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of formulating recovery plans, project staffing, and performing portfolio reviews, but also contributing to the improvement of PMO processes and tools. We’ll look to you for: Performing thorough operational assessments and reviews Identifying and reporting on critical operational issues Defining, tracking, and ensuring the implementation of recovery plans Supporting project teams with operational expertise on demand Anticipating project staffing needs and facilitating the Tender-to-Project transition Building a strong network with other central functions for cross-functional collaboration All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
