Key Responsibilities
Qualify leads and delegating them to sales specialists.
Support the sales team in administrative duties.
Provide sales teams with key information on prospective clients.
Nurture client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Proactively identify opportunities to offer value-added products and services.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide tailored marketing materials.
Perform administrative tasks and any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Key Requirements
Diploma in Business or Marketing.
Experience in sales coordination and/or customer support.
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Basic marketing and content creation experience.
Ability to speak minimally conversational Chinese as this role will require liaising with the China office.
Immediate or short notice availability is advantageous.
Fresh diploma or university graduates are encouraged to apply.
