Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive is responsible for providing essential sales support to the Sales Team. This role involves ensuring smooth communication with customers, processing orders, managing sales data, and assisting in day-to-day operations. The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Act as point of contact for customers via email, WhatsApp, or phone for inquiries, quotation follow-ups, and addressing concerns.
Handle phone inquiries professionally and ensure accurate information is provided.
Process sales orders received from customers or sales representatives, ensuring all details are accurate.
Enter sales orders into the company's system (Ezi Accounting) promptly and efficiently.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of orders, including checking for any discrepancies.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team by liaising with subcontractors/suppliers to obtain quotations.
Update and maintain customer databases with accurate contact details, sales history, and account status.
Regularly update the part list to ensure that product listings are current and accurate.
Address customer complaints or issues related to sales orders, deliveries, or product inquiries, escalating matters to relevant teams when necessary.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.
Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
Support the team with preparation of quotations and related documents.
Perform administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with order processing software (e.g., Ezi Accounting) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
Responds to customers’ expectations and issues effectively.
