About the Client

Atomic is currently conducting a confidential search for a Commercial Support Executive to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization within the Telecommunications, Data Centre, and Systems Integration sectors. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the sales process from quote to booking and contract renewal, ensuring efficient commercial operations and smooth coordination across departments.

Budget: Up to S$5500 monthly

Location: Harbour Front

About the Role

The Commercial Support Executive will provide critical support to the Commercial Team, liaising with internal stakeholders, such as Presales, Finance, Technology, and Operations, to ensure a seamless sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing all commercial-related activities, including order processing, procurement, and customer support, with a focus on driving efficiency and quality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:


•Serve as a key liaison across internal teams to facilitate the sales process and ensure alignment with customer needs.


•Manage commercial activities such as preparing sales orders, quotations, credit notes, billing, and procurement of relevant products and services.


•Collaborate closely with the ordering team to ensure timely order fulfilment and coordinate timelines effectively.


•Provide post-sales support, handling all necessary administrative tasks to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.


•Generate reports and perform analysis to support revenue forecasting and business insights.


•Contribute to the smooth execution of orders during peak renewal periods, ensuring deadlines and customer requirements are met.


•Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any post-sales issues or inquiries.

Key Requirements:


•A recognized diploma in Commerce, ICT, Engineering, or a related field.


•Ideally, 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Sales Support, preferably in Telecommunications, Data Centre, or Systems Integration industries.


•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.


•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with an understanding of CRM systems.


•Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with external stakeholders.


•Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to handle ambiguity and work independently.
