We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Singapore. As a Customer Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving a range of complaints.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating cases thoroughly and providing detailed information when requested
- Conducting audits/investigation on the internal handling of the customer complaint journey
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on various complaints received in APAC and understanding how they are handled across the business
- Communicating and networking with relevant product/operational teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of cases
- Consistently handling cases within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support/facing roles
- Great soft skills - concise communication, attentive listening, team playing, problem solving, and impeccable verbal and written English skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented skills - identifying patterns, trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Some knowledge of regulatory frameworks and a willingness to learn
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions with minimal supervision
- A strong understanding of data security procedures and customer data protection
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with CRM systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- Ability to drive data-driven insights to improve processes
